Version: Flock Browser 2.0
"Great for work and play."
Pros: great blog editor, love the web 2.0 integration. photo uploader works well. drag and drop web clipboard is very innovative. built in email support and the RSS feed reader is a dream
Cons: It got me hooked so now when I use FF it just seems plain.
Summary: Flock is a wonderful browser for anyone who does any blogging, has RSS feeds, uses web 2.0, uploads photos, likes to look up youtube vids or is a fan of someone elses youtube vids. Once you download it, if you actually give it a chance, you start using each feature more and more. I downloaded it just using Facebook and Myspace, then I added my youtube account, then I added my yahoo email account, then I added Digg and Flickr, I've started using the blog editor, I've used the photo uploader on multiple occasions and I've started adding in RSS feeds for various sites. Without Flock, I'd still just be surfing the web, trying to get everything done in FF. If you do anything at all that involves web 2.0, blogging, uploading photos or using youtube, give Flock a shot. If there are any problems with the download when you get it, go to www.flock.com/forums . The community there is excellent at helping to diagnose and solve problems. They'll even take suggestions for new features. Just try that with IE or FF.
