Pros: sounds good
Cons: the demo doesn't work and if the doesn't work i wouldn't risk paying for the real version. you get the setup screen when you try to load it, click begin game and it says there is a 'type mismatch' so i would not recommend it.

Pros: great game, don't know if i'd buy it though.
Cons: i literally blinked and missed the demo. I had a hard time reading the instructions and they weren't very specific. It was over in like 5 minutes. I couldn't believe it. I never got to sell my house. So i rented an apartment and bought a house. That's a demo?

Pros: The demo was a lot of fun, could have easily become addicted
Cons: THE PRICE!!! For $40 dollars you should be able to make offers on the houses, not just accept the sale price.....you should be able to counter offers made on your property, you should be able to set rents, and find what other rents are in the area......THIS IS A $15 game at bet $20! I went to buy it, but I will wait till the price comes down. Game is WAY too basic for a $40 price tag.
