We use this program at work. It tracks everything from websites visited, programs you are working on, screen shots, keystrokes, hours worked, active hours vs. passive hours, etc... It is also an easy way to monitor remote workers and locations.
Cons
This program can potentially get you in trouble if you misuse it.
Summary
FlexiServer is a great employee management tool every company should have if they want to have more productive employees.
