  "Good flash slideshow maker"

  Pros

  - GUI is very intuitive and user-friendly

  - Variety of transition effects

  - Ability to add sound, text, preloader etc.

  - Result is easy to publish

  Cons

  I want to have a preset slideshow themes

  "Basic software only. Very poor customer support."

  Pros

  Works fine as just basic slide show software.

  Cons

  If I had it to do over again I'd spend more money and purchase higher end software but the company will not respond to my request for a refund.

  The lack of customer support leaves the user out in the cold.

  Poor help files.

  - background music can be added

  - transitional effects make my slide-show really nice-looking
