As soon as I saw that FlashCatch seemed to slow down my surfing, I tried to uninstall it. The uninstall option was grayed out (in FireFox add-ons) and I have to use tools to get rid of it.

Although the download says NO LIMITATIONS, there are. You cannot download files larger than 10mb. You have to buy the Pro version.

Only has a single purpose: download videos. Normally I have to wait for vids to download and buffer. This lets me bypass the waiting. Works like it's supposed to.
