"Product Support is Not Good"

Summary
The demo version is pretty cool. Itz basically fully functional, and easy to use...until you try to add the intro to your website. They don't really tell you how to do it. I even went to their tutorial section and website forum, and found nothing that could help me. What I did find, was lots of other people with the same problem. If they possibly stepped up their tech support or made the intro easier to get on to your site, I would probably buy it.
...also, the watermark on the upper left hand side of the free version blocks a lot of your text on most templates once you have finished building the intro. -
