"Complete FRAUD, harassment and ignorance!"
Version: Flash2Video 5 build 2000
Cons
I have never been able to use this software alone to complete one project. It either does a partial function that I have to use other software to finish. Or it does nothing at all. The biggest problem with "MySuperSoft" company is their language barrier and ignorance toward customer service. PLEASE read the other reviews. You will NEVER get customer service. They take forever to respond, IF they respond, and know they are wrong, but -- I swear to God! - tell you to "go to hell"... this after telling them their conversion from trial to purchase is near impossible. License keys not working. And they expect you to keep you order number forever. My last series of emails telling them it is impossible to upgrade, I was harassed, FOR OVER A MONTH, and ultimately they will BLOCK your email account! I kid you not, they will rip you off, DEACTIVATE your codes for function, and will never refund anything. A complete FRAUD of a company. Stay clear of this Asian mess.

"a helpful tool"
Version: Flash2Video 3.1 build 510
Pros
I try a flash swf file to be converted, the output picture seems perfect, and all work well. I think it is a good choice for those who don't want to operate much.

"Sat forever, nothing happened."
Version: Flash2Video 3.05 build 480
Pros
Looks like a good interface. Seemed to have the most promise. Converts Video and Audio separately using the "What U Hear" Audio feature from my Soundblaster card, then compiles them in a final video. Except, *dramatic sting*....
Cons
I let it run while I slept and neither the 12fps nor the 30 fps file finished. I downloaded 6 SWF to Video converters in addition to Quicktime Pro and used them in the same way on the same two files:
1024 x 768 resolution
Audio in a stream
30 frames per second/1002 frames encoded in Flash 5 (animated feature film quality)
12 fps/ 402 frames encoded in Flash 4 (Saturday morning cartoon quality)
Converted to an AVI using Cinepak Codec by Radius set to color
MPEG-3 layer compression for audio
I did not try any MPEG, PAL or NTSC-DVD or any other conversion style available because I would never use them until the final project is edited and ready for DVD. I did not try to convert to a different frame rate or to resize the image. I did not try any "Batch Conversion" features.
I also did not consult any support besides the help file. I have downloaded enough programs to know that 90% of the time you will have to circle-talk to them for hours before they will admit the problem is with the program. Getting a program that needs patches and support right out of the box for basic tasks is like getting your new bicycle home then having to call and ask why the front tire is missing, only to have the salesman try to tell you that this bike is made to work without a front tire, the problem is that you don't know how to ride a bike so advanced. I don't have time to fiddle with these things and I'm sure you don't, either. So these days if it doesn't plug and play in the first 10 minutes and the troubleshooting info isn't in a help file, I uninstall. So I uninstalled this one.

"very easy to use"
Version: Flash2Video 2.5 build 400
Pros
Really nice! It is so easy to use, only several steps can finish my conversion. I needn't to click any buttons, such as play button in the flash content when conversion is processing! Very simple! The speed is fast and the quality is also very good! I recommend this product!
Cons
none

"No way"
Version: Flash2Video 2.32 build 330
Cons
tried to install it twice and it crashed both times. Finally managed to start the program, but it has a very weak interface, and lost control during an attempted conversion. Couldn't uninstall some of its files without difficulty.... bad!
