"product failed to create tool bar"
Pros: Nothing, product does not work and worse no instructions on how to use product if I could even find it

Summary: During the installation process I was asked about placing a check mark next to something I don't know what it is. This should be explained more in detail. After installation the capture options dialog came up with no information or instructions so that I could actually set it up. After that window went away, nothing, not even a window that said thank you for installing this product you are now finished with the installation process. At this point I opened a web page where there is flash media content and nothing happened. There is no information on the manufactures web sight on how to use/operate the program. I can only wonder what CNET is up to lately offering s/w of this low quality?
