"Don't waste your $"
Version: Flash Menu Factory 1
Pros
Looks nice out out of the box but...
Cons
If you try to make any tweaks using the program the .swf's stop working. Customer support, contrary to what they claim on their site, is non-existent and this program hasn't been updated for several years. I imagine they ripped off plenty of people
Summary
Don't buy this problematic, buggy and over-sold program.

"Crapware--stay away"
Version: Flash Menu Factory 1
Pros
You could make some incredibly cool nav bars with this program--it it worked.
Cons
Stay away from this piece of crap. They claim in the web site to have "fanatical" customer support. Well I e-mailed twice to ask for help and have recieved NO response after one week. They also claim you don't need to know Flash to use the program. Not true. Stay away.

"NO customer support"
Version: Flash Menu Factory 1
Pros
Program looks very pretty. Has potential to be a great program.... if it worked.
Cons
I paid for the PRO version of this software ($109). Kind of a funky install and registration but it went pretty smooth. After install I got message on the Preview window saying this version was unregistered. Tried to contact Flash Menu Factory customer support and Epinoisis customer support. I never got a response. As far as I know they are non existant.

"Umm, would be great if it worked..."
Version: Flash Menu Factory 1
Pros
Their website looks great.
Cons
Not a downloadable, installable file - an install via their site. Fine. It was a bit funky but finally worked. Of course, after install I got a SPLASH SCREEN that locked up. Wrote several polite emails to support over the next week. Never got a single reply. Finally got it installed and running on a different computer. Looks pretty slick and seemed to work well. Then I installed Office 2007. The next time I tried to run Flash Menu Factory I got an error message about a missing .dll file. Sheesh. You know the best part? Contacting CLICKBANK and getting a REFUND! "Thank you", CLICKBANK for your professionalism. The support at Epinoisis is non-existant. Stay away from this dog.
