Pros
A Trial version. It worked fine and liked the features which allows to select the chapters from DVD and change the file size. Easy to use.
Cons
I bought the complete package which also includes a file converter. Followed by the instruction, uninstalled the trial version first, then installed the complete package. At the first attempt of ripping DVD, encountered an error and it forced to exit the program. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, however the same
error message poped up and forced to quit. I contacted to the publisher and asked for a refund since I was not able to use it at all. They refused to do so. SUCKS! I do not recommend anyone to buy this program.
