  "A useful program if you need it"

  Pros

  The author of this program is J.Pajula, it works also normally in Vista, it does not use much space, good help file information, There's 4 buttons that are useful.

  Cons

  Well, the help file does not work in Vista, I think it should be html if so. Not so many people actually need it

  "Didn't work at all. Just a waste of time for me."

  Installed easily.

  Cons

  Tried to use to start BITS Service. Cranked away and could not start Service.

  "Horrible, it claims to already be running when run for the 1st time"

  It was very easy to uninstall

  Cons

  I was unable to do anything as it claims that it is already running. So it really does nothing.
