    "Works like gangbusters."

    December 2, 2011  |   By blancheirving

Simple to use. Well thought out. Effective. Nice, non-daunting array of options and tray icon context menu items.

    None known to me.

After a bad experience with a similar product, I put this one through my own malware scans - many of them, and deep, and repeated. Pass!

[Note I have not used the other included modules aside from the one that acts upon Firefox.] On Firefox's memory hogging ways, the effect is dramatic. Even accounting for the memory that Firemin itself consumes, the reduction is on the order of using 3,000K rather than 300,000K - moment to moment this varies of course. And I have observed no ill effect on the browser's performance.

Hard to believe Mozilla - always claiming its new version has addressed memory leaks - has not incorporated this technology into at least a Windows version of Firefox.
