Version: Firefox Portable 3.0.3
"Da Best!! -(see below to make a great "normal" version)"
Pros: 3.0.3 better for me than 3.0.4. for browsing. "4" lagged and "page not found" sometimes. Got it working well by manually selecting install in Program Files, in Program Files open "Firefox Portable", create shortcut of Firefox Icon, (continued below)
Cons: open Firefox from this icon, at top of browser click tools, then options, advanced, general, and then select Firefox as default. Icon then created on start menu is the only "true" Firefox--operate, make shortcuts, adjust settings only from this icon.
Summary:
I find completely uninstalling and deleting a version of Firefox (icons, settings, program files and all) before installing a new version works best. read more

Version: Firefox Portable 3.0.3
"All the powerf of Firefox 3.0.3 + portability"
Pros: Firefox 3.0.3 portable has all the vast collections of add-ons of the installable program PLUS the full advantage of portability.
One can put it on any partition/hard drive with no need to install on Windows, thus easing transfer to another storage.Cons: Lag in updating language packs to comply with Firefox ver. 3.0.3 lessens the flexibility of the program. Pity that some indirect manner must be used to overcome this.
Summary: To sum up: Firefox 3.0.3 is a great browser and it's portable envelope just increases it's flexibility. read more
