    "It doesnt work on Windows 7 and internet explorer 8"

    Pros

    the free version worked Ok and free update to pro was OK. I purchased the pro version tonight and it wont load, or take my license key. Very frsutrating as I need aweb editting solution quickly.

    Cons

    I've wasted 3 hours trying to get it working and try to get support

    There is nothing I like about this product and its glitches in compatibility with WIndows 7

    Summary

    Unfortunately, a website provider is using Fireshot for a Medical conference program 100 Years of Tropical Medicine I am convener of. I cant send errors or updates to him using his product and done have time to try and diagnose glitches.
    DOnt buy this product if you have Windows 7 and Explorer 8 until the bus are taken out.
