Version: FinalBurner Free 1.13.0.85
"Reasonably good for a freebie"
Pros: Simple and fairly intuitive. Quick. Burnt a video DVD, and went away, expecting it to take for ever. Came back to check it a few minutes later (didn`t time it exactly!) and it was all done. Played perfectly on my stand-alone player.
Cons: Interface could be improved and made a little clearer.

Version: FinalBurner Free 1.13.0.85
Pros: After Nero 7 choking on data DVDs, I found this program to be a nice replacement. So far every data or ISO file I have burnt has been successful.
Cons: I am not sure if the speed is fast as I typically burn then go do something else. Also, I have not done actualy DVD/video type discs so I cannot comment.
