Publisher's description of Final Fantasy VII demo
From Eidos:The Final Fantasy VII demo is a standalone demonstration of the battle system of Final Fantasy VII. The demo will put you directly into the Battle Arena area of the game; you will have to win a series of battles in order to ""win"" the demo. In the Battle Arena, you will control Cloud, the main character in Final Fantasy VII. Use your sword, magic spells, and other combat techniques to prevail. Be sure to read the readme file for more information.
CNET Editor's Note: This is the official demo for the game. There was another Final Fantasy VII 120MB demo circulating the Web, but that was a different demo completely. This official one drops you right into the fray to sample the game's battle system firsthand.

"Not your typical Squaresoft demo"
Pros: Well, this game is awesome. The demo lets you live out your fantasy of video game violence, and the main charater can't have too much hair gel. No, hair cement. Other than his hair, this game kicks. Although, it never worked on my other computer, it worked on this one. And played well. And a 5/5. Good job, Squaresoft!
Cons: Well, the fact that you can't go though the story and see the other cool(and some, not so cool)charaters and bad dudes(and, some not so cool....). Other than that, good job again Squaresoft.
