"useless for my system"

most of the controls grey out will only load so you can delete only one item at a time, once. then the thing will not work when used again. reinstalled a number of times same problem so proved useless to work on my system. windows 7 64bit duel pro 4gb ram.
Summary
support was too heavy wanted me to remove half my system to get this sorry program to work!!!!! glad i only lost £5 and not the full asking price as this progam has long been ditched to cyber space.

To delete duplicate files and folders, you have to hold down the Ctrl key, and click on each file separately. I had THOUSANDS, so I am not going to waste my time doing this!

I found over 50GB of junks on my C drive alone. WinSettings Pro lets me review, select, and confirm which junks should be gone.
