"Still has no real PostgreSQL support"

    May 7, 2010  |   By Dover H.

    Summary

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
We have clients with database-served websites. We were planning to suggest they use Filemaker to connect to their site data hosted on PostgreSQL. We just checked in on this new version and it looks like you can still connect the slow way via ODBC but the faster, two-way pipeline that connects to other sources like MySQL still doesn't connect to PostgreSQL. With so many people bailing on MySQL we thought they'd get this added. Looks like it's a bunch of charts with a price increase. How frustrating. Guessing they're missing a lot of potential customers.
