"A gem of a program..."
Version: FileChute 1.4.3
Summary

It's almost effortless to use, with an attractive, elegant, interface. It really adds to the functionality of my .mac account, and the bottom line is, it does what it says it will, cleanly and quickly. The auto-zip function is a nice touch, too. At $12.00, this is a great value. I wish more shareware programs were this well done. Keep up the good work! -
"I love this thing!"

This app works great and makes uploading to iDisk simple. I use it with the free iBlog app from .Mac to do on the spot uploads and links to my blogs while blogging, using the paste feature. It is so simple and easy! The reminder feature for dated files on the server is really useful and may keep me from having to shell out more $ for additional iDisk space, which is now an issue because great apps like this and iBlog make bogging and sharing files so easy. -
"Gets Better"
Version: FileChute 1.3.7

I've been using this application daily, for around 4 months now for tiff and jpeg files, and I save so much time by just sending the download link to multiple clients. With the recent addition of sending zip/dmg files I can now send a file with 10 or 15 pictures in, in just one upload. My last review in May I gave 4 Stars, now with all the additions it must earn 5 Stars. Keep up the good work! -

"Just What I've Been Looking For"
Version: FileChute 0.9.3

Even though VT's new format makes leaving feedback a chore, I had to comment on this app. It is just what I've wanted and works beautifully. It used to take me a full page of instructions for telling people how to access public files on my iDisk. (If you run Win98, do this..., If you run Mac 10.1.5, , do this..., If you run Win XP, do this...) Now I can easily e-mail people a link and I'm done. Outstanding! -

"Very handy"

This simple utility makes an otherwise cumbersome task a breeze and the window for viewing/deleting what you've put on your server is a cool touch. Minus 1 for the documentation which makes it appear that you must drag a file into FileChute's window, but you can also drag a file onto FileChute's icon in the dock or finder to send it which I find much more convenient - I was glad to discover that. Lastly, one nice improvement would be to include automatic compression of the dropped file or files via stuffit, zip or whatever.
