File Wipe is rather simple, and most users won't have a problem using the clearly defined buttons on the interface. You can easily add files or an entire folder you want to delete, and it takes a minute or two to complete the cleanup. It can clean tracks of third-party applications, but supports only a few programs, including Adobe Acrobat Reader, Media Player, WinRAR, and WinZip.
