From Gammadyne :Programmers and Web site builders working with large numbers of related files can perform search-and-replace operations with multiple strings over multiple files (both contents and filenames). Wildcard, case-sensitive, and whole-word searches can all be performed. FSRU works on any type of file, including binary files. The number of replacements to be performed can be limited, as well as the range within the file to be searched. An operation log records the start time, elapsed time, total lines in each file, and other data.
