File Spliter is a utility to split files to a number of smaller parts. This helps fit a large file in several diskettes or CDs and, on arrival, assemble all parts back together, recreating the original file. You define the size of each part in Kb and the path to save all parts to.

it cant handle huge files. I tried 4.7 G filke. it read it as 800 MB file only.

This splitter is simple to use and fast.
Cons
It only splits files based on bite size. I was actually needing something to split an enormous asci file by lines. Additionally, when dealing with large files and bytes, it would be better to just allow the user to enter in the byte limit rather than forcing them to hold down the up / down arrow to adjust the desire byte split threshold.
