This program partially uninstalls, leaving bits behind. This causes Windows to run and installer program each time the computer starts.

Won't uninstall completely! After removal icons and menu items still lingers in Microsoft Office applications with no way to disable or remove.

Summary
This is a simple client-side application designed to make it easier to submit a print job to Kinko's (now FedEx Kinko's). I travel a lot, so I used to submit a lot of order through the web site. However, where that's pretty confusing, this application is straighforward. It integrates into Office applications, and works through all the Windows apps I've tried it in. If I don't have access to the Internet, I can pick all my options offline, then connect and send the order as soon as I have a connection. The detailed preview is a great feature. Since I discovered this last fall, I've used it instead of the Web site to good results. Two minor complaints: 1) No way to redeem coupons through this application; 2) Terrible, terrible name.

Fantastic product for mobile professionals and small business. Online printing right from within the windows application. No emails, file uploads. This is great.
