Version: FeedDemon 1.5
"Clean, polished, well laid out...as always you get what you pay for."
Pros: I can only compare this to Pluck and I think you should try it first too.
(Just make sure you save your OPML file :)
Then try FeedDemon....as is the case in life, most often you get what you pay for.
This Aggregator is actually FUN to use and a snap to configure.
Using FeedDemon makes me think "Apple" in terms of sensibly, user friendliness and sophistication.
This product is a joy to use and I would highly recommend you to try it and see for yourself.
Cons: I'm not dissing the previous poster, but I'm a little puzzled with his 2" browser window conundrum.
You can mouse drag the window size to your liking.
Maybe he's got a mirco-notebook with a 5" screen?

I'm sure you have found it, but I like the "Open in External Browser" button and use it a lot.
The fact that teh "Group Newspaper" opens in a external browser is cool.
With Pluck, I found that the main browser window seemed to always stay on top, I run multiple monitors, but that was still annoying.
Anyway thanks for not taking offence.
I wish you well in all you do.

You are correct and no insult was taken. The default layout is a triple pane view in a vertical orientation and by the time I sized the left-most and center panes to my preferred size, there was only ~2" on the right for the browser. Of course I could have sized the others smaller, but I prefer seeing the entire RSS title. Like I said, the option to direct an external browser worked just fine for me. My screen is 14", which is standard AFAIK, although I should've specified.
