Documentation sucks, no clue what some of the fields are used for. You have to figure it our on your own based on how an RSS Feed works. Not a big deal but it would be nice to have some documentation on it.
Summary
Program works, easy to use but need a little RSS knowledge. Support sucks, I sent an email to their help desk 3 weeks ago and not even a reply back. So if you need help, forget this company. Bottom line, the software works, its easy to use just needs a little playing to get the feeds working right. Downside is the assumption that you know what keywords/fields are in RSS and how they are used...
