Documentation sucks, no clue what some of the fields are used for. You have to figure it our on your own based on how an RSS Feed works. Not a big deal but it would be nice to have some documentation on it.

Program works, easy to use but need a little RSS knowledge. Support sucks, I sent an email to their help desk 3 weeks ago and not even a reply back. So if you need help, forget this company. Bottom line, the software works, its easy to use just needs a little playing to get the feeds working right. Downside is the assumption that you know what keywords/fields are in RSS and how they are used...

I bought the software and while it ran it worked fine, but what was sold was a time limited version and then no support. Software now no longer works.

I downloaded the free trial and it worked like a charm, so I decided to buy a license on March 23, 2009. I bought a license and I received the product key, which did not work. I tried to contact support, sales and marketing, sending each 4 or 5 e-mails. I never heard back. It is a shame really, because the software works great, but obviously won't work after the free trial and since they don't provide a working key and won't respond don't waste your money.

Software appeared to do what I wanted but I could not get it to work.
Cons
Attempted to contact support multiple times, also forum is almost empty I don't have weeks to wait for a response. Very disappointed. Switched to a competing product that has active forum and great support.

Had problems with software and was really disappointed in support. I think its a hobby not a real company.

This product has a lot of potential, but I?m disappointed with the customer service. I purchased a copy of the software about 2-3 years ago and have thus far emailed the support address twice for assistance and have gotten no response. While they promise that ?Registered customers are entitled to free lifetime updates and premium technical support.? they don?t deliver on it. We may be entitled to lifetime updates and premium technical support but obtaining it is another story altogether.
