"great program, shameful, nonexistent customer support"

Pros
FEL 2.8 is fast, light and easy to learn, It's made keeping up with my feeds a dream.
Cons
The only thing that is a terrible problem is the utter lack of any kind of customer support.
Summary
The bottom line for me is that I love this product but in two weeks when my trial period - for a product I've already purchased - runs out, I will have to find another to replace it with. This really is a shame as, from so many of the comments I've read about this product and from what I've seen in the two weeks I've been using it, it's great. However, a product that you can't use because you've been sent a seemingly invalid license key, followed up with completely non-existent customer support, isn't so great a product after all. I hope that I have better luck with the next product that I use and hope that this tip keeps someone else from wasting their money.

"No Response from Support"

Pros
Had problem with this version so I tried the fee based version when I got no response from support. Still no support provided.
Cons
A number of support inquiries went unanswered product is free so I understood and tried fee based version, all support inquiries were still ignored.

Lacks any type of support.

Nice easy to use program.
Cons
No support for this product. I bought the product and got my key to unlock right away. Problem is the key does not work. Have tried to contact them and no answer after seven days. There forum has many similar complaints, all un answered.
Summary
Good product but you would be better off getting a program that is backed up with support. Looks like I wasted 30 bucks on Feed Editor.
