"It works well as long as your not using VOIP"

Pros
This product is simple and very user friendly. The download process was a cinch. They offer a free "live chat" tech support which the guy I dealt with was very knowledgeable about the software. Great product go for it.
Cons
Unfortunately this software does not support VOiP but other than that. Its two thumbs up.
Summary
If you're using a landline then this product is for you. Simply put.
