Publisher's description of Fax Wizard 2000
From Multisource:Fax Wizard software will send and receive faxes from your computer using the Fax Wizard control panel. Use your scanner to scan documents and then fax to any fax machine or fax equipped PC. Fax Wizard also provides a print driver, allowing the user to fax directly from the print menu within any Windows application as easily as printing the document. You also have the capability to broadcast faxes to multiple recipients. Fax Wizard offers an import/export module and unlimited databases to store recipients contact information, so names, addresses, fax and phone numbers are a click away. Attach images or files to a fax. Fax Wizard automatically recognizes and converts several common formats (TIFF, DCX, TXT, BMP, and more) to faxable information. A scanning interface enables you to bring in photos or scanned text, and the built-in image viewer makes it possible to see the picture before it's sent. A graphical log is maintained to show the status of sent, received, and pending transmissions.

"Runs Excellent on Windows XP"
Pros: Faxwizard runs smooth and is very intuitive. I was up and running in just few minutes. I read the instruction sheet sent with my receipt. I had a couple of questions from customer service that I emailed and received an answer within 30 minutes. I did get some special instructions from the FaxWizard Tech Support Team for XP, But they were quick about it. I used the import feature and brought in 6 different lists to broadcast, each one had from 300 to 700 names on it. Several associates I work with are now using Faxwizard. I am in the Real Estate business and this works great for marketing. I tried several others and found they didn't have the features ,ease of operation and tech support Faxward has.

Version: Fax Wizard 2000 7.2a
Cons: Not as easy to transfer or import data as they say.
Once you delete the file, there is an error message that pops up every 3 seconds.

Version: Fax Wizard 2000 7.2a
Cons: The "free" trial is impossible to install on Windows XP. It requires you to purchase the install code before it completes the installation. This download isn't good enough to be called junk.
