"The faststone way"
Version: FastStone Player 3.2
Pros
I've always been a fan of faststone programs, and this one certainly didn't let me down. Saved me alot of time, the slow-motion is one of my favorites. If you're looking for a basic along decent features, Faststone Player should certainly be taken into consideration.
Cons
Outdated now. Can't quite keep up with the tide.

"Very handy cute player"
Version: FastStone Player 3.2
Pros
This one works great. I don't know why other guys complained so much. It saves me a lot of effort of opening different players for different tpyes of media files. Plus, it has a slow motion button very handy to watch sports match (for me, the martial arts videos).
Zoomplayer is good too, but the interface is not intuitive and you have to dig into it to find what you want.
I enjoy it very much!
Cons
Although it uses a static picture on the video window when you listen to mp3 files, it's not a problem to me.

"Solid, but CANNOT play Real Media by default."
Version: FastStone Player 3.2
Pros
The product has a clean interface, and I generally like most of the other FastStone products. They are free, clean, skinnable, and spyware/addware free.
Cons
I downloaded this player specifically to play Real Media (.rm) files without having to install the Real Media player. When I tried to play a Real Media file, I received a popup stating that the Real Player is required to play Real Media files. I despise the Real Player, but that's for a different discussion.

"awesome is not a word that i would use for this player"
Version: FastStone Player 3.2
Pros
i found nothing good to say about this player.
Cons
messed up my pc.after downloading this player everything played back in black & white. i tried to start my pc in the last good configuration twice to try to sort it out and when that failed i removed the player which cured the problem. my advice is to keep well away.
