I needed an immediate solution to a large batch conversion project: shrinking almost 200 pictures to insert into an inspection report (Word doc.), which was then converted to a PDF for emailing.
Because of the impending deadline, I started and ended my search at cnet.
Find your files, add them to the Input List, set the Output Format, select an Output Folder, click on Advanced Options for the details, click OK, click Convert, and you're done.
I couldn't have asked for a more complete or easier to use utility for the task. -

Resized a batch of 457 photos to an emailable 640x480 in less than ten minutes perfectly, which is all I want this program for. All photos went from 2 to 5 meg per picture to a manageable 70 to 100K with no loss of quality. Highly recommended!

When wanting to post on line or in the cloud, it is VERY effective in reducing the size to post more quickly and use less space. Reduced photos are still very clear.
I would highly recommend this software to anyone with digital images.

Takes a little bit of a learning curve but is easily done through experimentation and trying various things.Summary
