From FastStone Soft :FastStone Capture is a flexible and intuitive screen capture software. It allows you to capture anything on the screen including windows, objects, full screen, rectangle regions, freehand-selected regions, and scrolling windows/Web pages. It has innovative features such as a floating Capture Panel, hotkeys, resizing, cropping, text annotation, printing, and e-mailing. The built-in Screen Magnifier is very fun to use.
Version 5.5 include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Pros: Its a good program, couldnt live without it....
Cons: Its now shareware? Forget it, will stick with version 5.3....

"Works perfectly - super program"
Pros: It will capture scrolling screens or frames which most programs won't do - it isn't limited to screen shots.
Cons: There is nothing I do not like about this program.

Pros: I make screen captures of census pages, and this allows me to zero in on the part that I need. Then I can highlight it and add my citation in the caption. Then I can save it directly into my genealogy program. I recommended it to my Genealogy Club. I couldn't live without it.

"Great product. No improvement over free version"
Pros: Never could get "Print Screen" to work. This program captures and edits almost anything on the screen. Probably worth the cost.
Cons: No improvements over free version. Won't capture video images. Try fast Stone's new browser instead (it's free).
