Fast Email Verifier 2 checks a validity of e-mail addresses in databases, address books, spreadsheets or any other mailing lists. The product is based on the latest .Net technologies and can find about 85% of dead addresses. There is no need to disturb your clients and friends anymore to check if their e-mail addresses are still valid. FEV connects directly to their SMTP server and checks it for you. Nothing is sent to the recipient.
The tool supports all popular file formats, from simple mailing lists to the Windows address books, and not just shows non-existing addresses, but also able to remove them from source lists and create separate bad and good lists. ODBC support is included, allowing working with any database like MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL, MS Access and others, and with Microsoft Excel. The multi-threaded engines make the email list validation easy and very fast. Version 2.0.2518.32734 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: Fast Email Verifier 2 2.0.25
Pros: It is inexpensive, and seems to do the job very well as far as the actual validity of emails
Cons: It doesn't save any fields except email and name so it is impossible to match back to your original data or use other fields to sort the data after it is verified. HUGE CON: the first day that I used this product our server was blacklisted on CBL!
Summary: Technology works but not worth getting blacklisted for! I would not recommend using this product.
