• Unstable, a pain to obtain new reg. key when it crashes

  Easy to use initially.

  Cons

  Crashes often. When finally required a re-install, it refused my key as "invalid due to too many uses". Only used for one install. A third party manages the keys and they are totally uninterested in customer support. No response to requests for help.

  Summary

  I would not recommend this software for anyone. Earlier versions worked very well, but this latest variation is horrible from a user prospective. Using 2014 version on Windows 7

  Pros

  It can be very beneficial to someone who is searching for family history information and need help locating individuals or to find information about certain family members.

  Cons

  I do not like the fact that it prompts you more than once to share your information about your family online so that others who are searching will benefit. Well no one in my family is searching only me. There seems to be no privacy with this download. This became annoying also after you enter your information and began the process of composting a family tree then it tells you that you are on a 14 day trial.
