"Great Program"
Version: Family Tree Builder 6.0.0.5634
Pros
Easy to use. I started using it right away without using the help manual. Easily customized. It is easy to enter information and has customizable fields to show different information.
Cons
Unable to show ex-spouses and current spouses at the same time. Can't re-size the boxes to show more or less information about the people. I wish I could change the size of printouts.

"Limited software"
Version: Family Tree Builder 6.0.0.5634
Pros
The organization seems to be OK. Built-in error checker. Loads gedcom files.
Cons
That 250 person limit on the free version will kill you. The family members are spread out too far on the screen. It appears that printing a family tree is only available on the paid version.
Summary
It has all of the whistles and bells, but most of them are only available on the premium version.

"The program has a lot of finesse"
Version: Family Tree Builder 6.0.0.5634
Pros
You have the freedom to start anywhere you want with your family tree, with the ability to link it all together.
Cons
There are times when you can not link certain individuals, because the program does not recognize persons of premarital birth of the mother to post marital birth of the other siblings.
Summary
Over all the program functions very well, and it seams to be a very good tool.

"Great free program but has issues with resizing"
Version: Family Tree Builder 6.0.0.5634
Pros
Great buidler for family tree, works well, love the click links inside the program to access family members.
Cons
I have dual screens, and when it is opened fully, it spreads across both screens. Trying to resize it, it gives a warning box about parameters that needs to be clicked many multiple times before it closes. Resizing is a pain in the butt, always ending in the window that must be clicked. They need to work on the software.
Summary
Other than sizing issue, once I had the program window sized to a reasonable working size, the actual program is a breeze, easy to use, great interface. In a matter of hours I had all the basic info entered, including family pics. I just wish they would work on the window issue.

"Easy to use software!"
Version: Family Tree Builder 6.0.0.5634
Pros
Great links, Compares your tree with other members trees that have matching names, dates, etc.
Cons
Free tree is limited to just 250 people for the website. It needs to allow you to update as big as you can find, with the limit it forces you to have to pay for premium items that I cannot afford right now.
Summary
Over all I like it way better than Ancestry.com.

"Always wants me to upgrade"
Version: Family Tree Builder 6.0.0.5634
Pros
Once it's opened up and I've closed all of the pop-ups that it has, the program is pretty decent to add information to. Nice to be able to see different parts of the family, etc.
Cons
Every time I turn on my computer, MyHeritage opens up, the website opens up, and it automatically tries to upload everything onto the internet, but says I need to upgrade to do so. After clicking no seven or eight times and closing seven or eight windows, I can use the program normally. It's frustrating, but I don't want to pay.

"good software for organizing family tree."
Version: Family Tree Builder 6.0.0.5634
Pros
Very good information organization. thorough cross references.
Cons
Not too sure about recent changes to software, new search icons, very confusing, not good explanation for changes.
Summary
Will continue to use, with caution.

"Did NOT download Vers 6.0 of Family Tree Builder"
Version: Family Tree Builder 6.0.0.5634
Pros
Have Vers 5.0 and it is brilliant.
Cons
Download did not complete. Kept getting message from Internet Explorer saying "Operation Timed Out" at 27/29secs estimated time remaining. Have attempted download dozens of times by various recommended methods but same result every time.
Have raised this issue with both My Heritage and CNET both no one seems able to advise me WHY this should happen and continues to happen OR how to get around the download problem.Summary
Very disappointed at not being able to achieve download of
Vers 6.0 as I have Vers 5.0 and have been working on my Family Tree for some time now and have traced family back to 1700s
