Simple, clean interface.
Cons
Converts many formats, but does NOT convert M4A audio files. I found that Xilisoft's Audio Converter, or Imtoo's Audio Encoder does M4A as well as all others.

I was looking to convert files from mp2 to mp3. Had a hard job finding anything decent until I found this. Did the job superbly with no loss of quality. Looks good too and a simple interface.
Cons
Only three minutes maximum song length!! Why don't these software developers put more reasonable trial restrictions on this type of program?
