Multiple Language Capability - All messages generated by FTP Suite are constants, stored in an open code module, which facilitates multiple language support.
Variable Send Buffer Size - The size of the send buffer will be adjustable under program control.
Status Events - An open Status Class will provide Events that can be utilized to report many types of status events: Errors, Bytes Transferred and Transfer Successful, for example. All Events include a message parameter appropriate to the event.
Fine Transfer Sequence Control - FTP Logon/Logoff, Single File Put/Get/Delete, Directory Change and Directory List functions are now separate sequences that can be executed in whatever order the application requires.
