Stole money from the account and stop giving me technical support in the middle of conversation?
Background noise is huge, I change a 4 phones and still the same. All phones are tested on another line and working perfect. I tray to do all troubleshooting over the phone and they dont be able to do something, still noise.!!!!
It is a company of thieves who stole money from the account for the calls to outside of America. And at the same time I tried to talk to tech support, they did not answer my questions, but I was stopped at the end of time without any notice to the end, Francis stop conversation in the middle of conversation. Very not professional and poor support. My advice take a Skype. Also they start having a problem with background noise, tray to resolve this 3 times failed all 3 times ( I changed a 4 phone set, all phone sets I test on another regular phone line and working grate, with magicjack not working) . Newer resolve any ticket for me, always asking to tell them all information from the beginning. Copy of the conversation (part of that) can be seen below:
