Sometimes it is no good idea to let the user use the find mode to find data, for instance in multilanguage solutions. Therefore this technology pops up a window with fields, selected by the fields on layout or manualy selected by the developer. There are - for instance - four fields in which the user can enter his search criteria. It is possible to add as many as you like new requests and the user has an overview of what he's searching in the request before... (Thanks to jonsaw!)
