Has a lot of file extensions, and seems to do a good job. I had the audio quality change once in the middle of the video, though.
Cons
Not actually free. You can get a 30 day version that will convert 1 minute worth of video. Otherwise you have to pay to upgrade.
Also, the interface is not quite obvious. The destination file extension box is called "Profiles" for some reason. -

that mean company afraid to sow anything about thiw product, and only they like to take our money (for this reason they have also a nice interface)
