  "Changed Search Page and Closed Windows After Install"

  I had Google Chrome running while installing this. As soon as I clicked finish, it killed Chrome (leaving child processes running) and then proceeded to launch IE (not my default browser) and take me to some "instabar" site. Low and behold, after opening up chrome, the new default search engine is now "instabar".
  
  I remember cnet offered shady software in the past but this is right back to the days of "Gator" which inevitably lead to spyware, hijacks and malware. This program should be removed from their site immediately until a further review is done.

  I should update, it's "Incredibar" by Montera Technologeis LTD. No, I didn't just mis-spell that, that's what their software shows and after just completing a run of Malwarebytes, it has detected the install file in my temp directory.
  
  Files Detected: 1
  C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\BetterInstaller.exe (PUP.BundleInstaller.Somoto) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.
