Cons
This product was listed as a 'free' converter for vox, wma, mp3, etc. So I download it and install it. When I try to convert my files - a popup box comes up and tells me to buy the 'Pro' version to perform this task.

Why the heck is it trying to install microsoft office files?? I cancel the installer and it still works perfectly but it shouldn't be installing anything.

Was just looking for something to convert my wma's into mp3's so I could use them on my Sony Ericsson phone without having to pay for it, and this is perfect. I have used faster convertors, but none where free, just trials with severe limitations.
Cons
Nothing, maybe a little slow, but nothing really.

it's FREE without trial period or limit. consist of basic audio converter should have.

not so many options in converting audio files (file type, etc)--since it's free. not wonder.
