    East to use when it works

    It is not free and the updates are high priced. There are many cliches and the customer service is very slow.

    Summary

    I installed the software a couple years ago. I have been charged more for updates thank most software costs new. I started having problems and tried to get help. It took over two weeks to finally get ad solution to the problem. The solution is they want me to delete the software and any registration codes from my computer even though I paid for them and then they will refund my money. They don't have a fix for the problem. I have been on forums regarding this problem and I am not the only one experiencing the problem.
    If you choose to purchase the software I wish you luck.
