Can't even find a telephone number on the entire website to help with sales or support.
Must pay for technical support.

Website states the software is free. It is not free for MAC. You are downloading a trial version. Of course you are not told that. Then you spend hours entering invoice information only to find out that the program is not useable after two weeks unless you BUY it. For a PC, there is a way to implement a free version, but instructions to do so are nowhere to be found. When the PC version stops working after two weeks, the implication is you must buy it to continue use. You must waste valuable time searching the website with hundreds of FAQ until you find a little tiny blog answer that describes how to implement the free version. Check the website and try and find "real human being support" options. Even the website instructions are filled with attitude. I would not buy this product or deal with this company if they were the last invoicing software company on the planet. STAY AWAY. Read reviews on the web about these guys before buying.

This software is plagued with glitches. It randomly decides to apply a payment to an invoice even when it is instructed to record only. Let me elaborate. When you create a new invoice you get various options, two of them being "record with a payment" and "record only". This useless software randomly decides to "record with payment" even though you select "record only". If you then look at your payments page, there's no record of a payment, yet when you print the invoice out, there's a payment showing. I've brought this to the OEM's attention and they told me to download a fix - of course it didn't work and the problem persists. Be careful what you click on, or you'll be constantly bombarded with ads from this company.

Says the following on website "Get it Free. A free version of this program is available for home user or businesses with fewer than 5 staff members. Download the free version which does not expire and includes most of the features of the professional version." but alas it expires after 14 days. What a waste of time setting it up. False advertising.
Summary
Not happy with the fact that things aren't quite what they seem. Nag screens and toolbars etc should have alerted me to this setup.

I can't give a rating on the software performance. It expired 14 days after I downloaded. This is a trial software. Not free as it shows up in the free filter.

"Good product, BUT not happy with the add-ons"

Pros
Very simple to use, in fact I was able to transfer all of my customers in no time at all. The system works, and easy to maintain. Very happy with it.
Cons
I hate the fact that NCH feel the need to impose their search page on all of my browsers, including adding a useless toolbar. Happy to buy their software but everything else is bordering on harassment.

"Very nice setup, but with a catch....beware!"

Works very nice, it's very light for my computer. Nice email setup to send invoices in PDF format. Very well organized. Easy to use.

Horrible customer service!!! I mean really bad!!
Randomly applies partial payments to some of my invoices, then I get a check on the mail for the balance. I have to explain the customer that my invoicing software is applying partial payments.
And the worst of all is that a window popped out saying there was a new version so I updated. A couple of days later a window popped out saying I was on a trial! ***!!!!!!!!!!! It hasn't even been a year. I sent them an email but like I said before, the customer service sucks so bad that they never answer back, who knows if the even read the messages customers sends them. Now I would have to pay again to use their new version. Pretty F@*ked up, right? -
