I thought the software itself was great, easy to use and affordable.
Cons
About a month after I downloaded the software and paid for it, they charged my debit card for it again! Fortunately the bank did not honor the charge, but with an offshore company it could have been a hassle.

Great. Sophisticated. Love it. A MUST for professionals who need and use dictation in their business

Cannot copy onto another home computer. I had to get a technician to set it up for me.
Summary
It's a bit pricey but I would still HIGHLY recommend it
