Pros
It does remove data you don't need or want to divulge resulting in minor space saving.
Cons
Demo is free and 1 pic at a time, would rather see a week free and or a larger pic group before I pony up an untested (to me) batch tag remover. Mis-reports saved space in my test: it reported the size of the file was recoved as free space.
Summary
Though it removes any existing tags you have to buy the non-demo and have thousands of pictures before you see any real sapce saving, does protect some privacy items that may be important or not (depending on user). It reports "saved" space of the whole pciture size, not the befor/after picture size difference. Great for removing earleir attmepts at tagging so you can re-tag.

It removes but does not allow editing.
Its not free but shareware as stated at the top. 1 image at a time. -

Stripped all the Exif metedata from my various photos as promised.
Cons
Attempts to write to protected registry entries for some reason.
