Version: Ewido Security Suite 3
Pros: Scan is deep. Found 1 medium risk malware, missed by others.
Cons: It conflicts with Norton Internet Security. Had to do a reg restore, happened twice. Backup before using!!!!I sent this to program "heaven or hell". Be careful what you do with default install. Search "virus & &ecurity" and "help" forums at CNET before install.

Pros: works good and deletes most/all major threats on your computer.
Cons: after the trial it basically costs money. if you want a completely free program i reccomend ad-awarese personal edition

Pros: i liked the ewido product it was easy to use and has proven itself to be very effective. it works very well with firefox, better than other products that i have tried, updates are handled without any interaction from the user. i recommend ewido as an addition to any security program.

Pros: I love the facts that it scan my entire system quickly unlike other antivirus eg. norton, kasper, spydoctor. This is a quick scan and it pick up quite a few that even norton couldn't quanrantine. (A trojan horse) Nice and simple design. EAsy to navagate.
Cons: Cost too much and have to pay every year for their updates. Just ridiculous while I can still get free updates from norton even if I were to use the older version.

"ewido is available for free after the trial ends, thanks ewido!!!"
Pros: After the free trial is over, it's available for FREE as a stand alone scanner which can be used to detect and remove malware, spyware, etc. Free updates have to be done manually. It catches and removes malware/spyware that my other free and paid anti-spyware products don't detect. It is party of my free anti-spyware army: Spybot S&D, A-Squared, Ad-Aware SE, Spyware Blaster and CCleaner.
Cons: It's not worth $30. If it were $10 to $15 then I would buy it if it added a few extra functions that the free version doesn't have.
