"Deletes more than what you ask"

Summary
This program deleted alot of the settings which took me many days to impliment to get my computer working that way I wanted it. For example, it removes my QuickLaunch and start menu settings every time I run it. When I deleted the program off my computer it corrupted my recycle bin. This program seems to have a couple good features - but alot of these "good" feautures end up destroying all the customization of settings you made. You should not download this program at all

"It Sure Does Eliminate!"

Ran this program one time. Yes, it cleared lots of junk and previously deleted files. It also wiped out my DSL modem settings along with several other useful things!

This is a good product I do not care what others say. Just never use safe shutdown or safe startup, it takes way too long. I just use quick mode. If you read the directions and do not change any (options) settings you should be just fine. Unless you know what the settings are, the settings are under the options button. Main thing, close our all programs and do not touch ANYTHING while it is running. This program will clean out all sorts of unnecessary things. The settings I change is to keep passwords and keep internet auto fill in. Yes if you mess around and change settings you can destroy your computer even if you think you know what you are doing.

This software is excellent I have tried similer products but were cheap and nasty with no or little tech support!
Evidence Eliminator is well worth the money and I can assure anyone that their Tech Support is first class along with their free software updates!

"Overpriced and Terrible Customer Service"

This product is about $100. more than similar products that do basically the same thing. Several emails to their "support" yeilded no response, and the one reply insinuated I would have to be doing something wrong because their product always worked as stated.

There are loads of "other" Computer Cleaning Software - "disk-washer-erasers" that claim to do the job but they do not work !- you might as well "throw your money away".
I can assure anyone that Evidence Eliminator does the job it claims to do.
If you buy "cheap" imitation disk washer or eraser software dont expect it to the best.
Evidence Eliminator does the job and is proven to work.
As the saying goes "you get what you pay for" don't settle for less!
Evidence Eliminator is the best and that is guaranteed.
Remember you get what you pay for,
just like anything else! -

i tried it 2 times to make sure
i followed the help menu to detail did eveything it said i wasted a good 5 hrs just setting it all up just to find out it doesnt work the evidence was still there tweak o matic broke wright threw cool edit pro broke threw xp tweak pro broke threw and did something to the software i had to strip my drive and reformat again the program totally sucks i should charge them for my time i lost about 18 hrs totall time -

Hi guys.. for starters, I love this program... ...Not only does it give you peace of mind by deleting garbage that could hang around for months, it also keeps my hard drives clean of unwanted files.
