  "I can't read Chinese, so I can't select English."

  Pros

  I have a lot of faith that this program will live up to its reputation once I can get it to work. If it were not for the reputation, I would have quit trying long ago.

  Cons

  During my first session exploring the program for the first time, my screen flickered, and suddenly all text and menus displayed unreadable Chinese (Japanese?) characters. I tried following instructions to fix the registry, but my registry doesn't include the sections I am supposed to update. Presumably I should close the program before attempting to make changes, but clicking the red X does not remove it from memory, and right-clicking the icon in the task bar only brings up another cryptic Chinese menu. I can't use the program. I reported the problem. I got no response. Then I received a notice that my ticket was being closed because there had been no communication in the last two weeks. I opened another support ticket, but in two weeks there have been no responses, though I have been checking daily.

  Summary

  I think the program will be very useful once I can get help getting it to display English instead of the cryptic and unreadable Chinese characters it currently displays. There does not appear to be any way to fix the inappropriate Chinese setting.
  
  I'm sure its a good program, but it's only a source of frustration to me.
