  Hi - you have to find older software 2.2.2 works with 10.5.8. I found it eventually - I think this was the link (sorry, I had too many pages open). http://i-fresh.net/macos/utilities/112763-evernote-222-156801-intel.html
  Basically 10.5 isn't supported anymore but the software exists. i don't want to upgrade as I need my editing software to keep working
